Paradise Pier Hotel Overview

The Paradise Pier Hotel has a fun, laid-back California seaside theme. Even though it is the smallest of the three on-property Disneyland hotels, it is very popular. The hotel consists of two high-rise towers and are connected by a central atrium area. The pool is on the roof of level 3 with several concierge-type rooms surrounding it. Park access includes a private entrance to Disney California Adventure park through the Grand Californian hotel, or take the monorail or walk to Disneyland park. Here are some of the pros and cons of this hotel:

  • Least expensive of the three on-property Disneyland hotels
  • Nice park views
  • Easy to walk to Disney California Adventure through the Grand Californian, or walk for monorail access to Disneyland
  • Roof-top pool area with waterslide
  • Character breakfast with Lilo & Stitch (PCH Grill)
  • On-site restaurants, shopping & recreation
  • View Disneyland fireworks from pool deck

  • Even though it’s the cheapest on-property hotel, it’s still expensive – you’ll pay $250+ per night compared to the off-site hotels
  • Rooms and pool area is less extravagant than Disneyland Hotel or Grand Californian
  • Farther walk to monorail or parks
  • No free breakfast, as compared to some off-site hotels
